Afriq Wings Holding, a European company, aims to develop a Pan-Aviation Group by creating airline subsidiaries with operating licenses (AOC) in hubs such as Morocco, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Zimbabwe, South Africa, and Reunion Island. The goal is to strengthen connections between Africa, Europe, the Gulf, and Asia while managing, controlling, and consolidating all operations and finances across the entire group.

Drawing on over 35 years of experience in various fields of commercial aviation and business management, the founders, partners, and staff shape the future of the holding company and its subsidiaries through their respective executive committees (Comex).

Who We Are

Our airline team and network will be established in all major freight hubs in Europe and Africa, close to industrial markets, e-commerce zones, major global freight forwarders, and key financial partners such as factoring companies.

We are completely independent and private, allowing our team to make decisions and implement strategies that prioritize the interests of our clients and pooled businesses, free from any external interference in the decision-making process.

Our ultimate asset is our specialized and experienced staff, many of whom come from diverse international financial, strategic, and aeronautics backgrounds. We are proud to dedicate this expertise and knowledge to serving our clients.
